Weird News Wednesday – Tom Thumb

He is a third of the size of an average guinea pig, and weighs in at just a few ounces – but this tiny puppy could be a big deal when it comes to world records.
The miniscule chihuahua-Jack Russell cross – appropriately named Tom Thumb by its owners – is a serious contender for the title of being the smallest dog on the planet.
Little Tom was born just three weeks ago as part of a surprise litter to mum Spice, a chihuahua.
A Sign From God?
Melissa and I are moving into our new townhome in a few weeks and we had planned on getting just the AT&T “Naked” DSL (no land line phone service) and Dish Network (AT&T UVerse was not available for our area and Comcast… just ick!). However, I just got two pieces of mail today. One from Dish, saying they declined our request for service. Apperently they didnt process our order correctly and had the wrong name (Jason Gr)! Might help if the processed the last 4 letters of my last name! So, they declined our order due to inability to obtain a credit report. Well duh!
The other piece of mail: At&T saying UVerse is now available at your residence. I see this as some sort of a sign from God. What are the odds?
