Why didn’t I think of this?

I’m very into eco-friendly practices right now - sometimes to the frustration of Jason!!  But I saw this online and wondered, “Why hadn’t I thought of this?” It’s so easy!  Make a bookmark from a junk mail envelope. It’s awesome!

Sorry for the Gap!

It’s crazy how life gets in the way. :)  We had our 20-week ultrasound LAST week on March 23rd.  It was so cool - and so long! It was about a 40-minute ultrasound while they checked out the baby’s structure, spine, organs, etc.  Everything looks really good. We got about 9 or 10 pictures that are REALLY clear.  The baby looking right at you in a few - we could see the iris of the eye!  We could have found out the gender, but we didn’t want to know.  It’s such a strange thing - the baby had the hiccups and was kicking like crazy; we could see all of that on the monitor. But I couldn’t feel it.  I feel little movement several times a day, but still just internally. You can’t feel anything from outside yet. :) Obviously, s/he is moving quite a bit though.  I feel okay, and still don’t look pregnant.

Then, that following weekend, we traveled to Wisconsin for a family wedding.  We spent 3 nights at a cabin at a resort in Warrens.  It was a good time with family, but we got home late on Sunday.

Early Monday morning we had another doctor’s appointment.  This time we had yet another doctor in the office, which is fine. She listened to the heartbeat - about 160bpm - and said everything sounded and felt okay.  She looked at the ultrasound - all okay.

Then this weekend we had ANOTHER wedding. This time Jason and I were doing video & photography for it, so the week and weekend were busy with preparations and the actual event.  Hope everyone else is well. :)
